It is kinda hard you must under stand html and know how to edit your template etc etc, it can be hard because if you do something wrong you could end up messing your forum up.
If you look on the how to do it forum there is a guide as to how to add it though just follow that guide and you should be ok.
The Karma looks pretty good, admin. Getting a site to look this nice obviously takes a lot of work. You've earned a rest.

It has been hard work trying to make the forum not only look nice but user friendly, we are trying to make sure the loading speeds of the forum are fast enough for people and will continue only to add things that will not add to much to the loading of the forum.
Of couse this means we don't get to do as much as most forums will but then who likes waiting for a forum page to load, i know when i first started adding things to my very first forum the page was taking longer and longer to load, now my job is to make sure that isn't the case here.
Th Karma mod is a very good feature to have but it can be tricky, i'm not sure if its because of this template that has effected some of the code or if its something i've done or missed out but as soon as i feel the time to see to it i will but for now it works and thats all that matter.
I think the only thing that doesn't work is the add coment, but thats will be sorted out in the next few weeks.
I wish you look adding the Karma mod and if you haven't already looked on the How To Do It forum then i suggest you go there first as thats where i went.
