As for your birthday excellent, my son is born in May 11th lol, so not much sleep and many day's sitting up all night.

I think we will make a member of the month vote, this will not include any staff members just members and we will do a seperate vote for staff member of the month, these votes will be put up at the start of every month and will be removed at the end of every month with the winner(s) in case of a draw, been announced in the announcements section.

Sounds good and it seems to be a fun thing to do and yes you should get one going for staff members so we can vote for the staff.
