I find this game very addictive to play. It's a little slow to start with, you can't do much at lvl 0, but once you get to lvl 1, and get a field to grow crops, it gets more interesting. There's local taverns (chat rooms), politics, and all sorts of fun stuff. This is what it says on the home page:
Quote:
Milk your cow at sunrise,
deal wheat bags at tea-time,
overthrow the count in the evening and
spend the night drunk in the gutter.
A pleasant and quiet day in the Renaissance Kingdoms...
and here's the link for it, if you want to give it a try.
Great! May I ask where you live in the Kingdoms? I'm in Winchester myself. If you have any questions about the game, feel to ask. _________________ Every Silver Lining Has A Cloud
Not sure what i have to do just yet but then again i didn't have much time to read anything but if you have any tips on how to do well in this game please feel free to share them, i think i'm going to need them.
Oxford is real close to me, it's the capital of our county. Here's some tips for you then:
1) Work in the church for 2 days, you need the RP points you get from it.
2) Then go and work in the mines. You can find it at Duchy>Work.
3) Buy only bread to eat, and eat every day so you don't get weak.
4) Spend time in the Taverns, but don't buy any drinks, no-one expects a lvl
0 to do that. It's a good way to meet the pther players, and it boosts your
mood.
5) Register on the forums, you can find the link in Town Hall>Forum. Be sure
in the Alms/Trust of St Cross thread, because you need 5 TP's to reach
lvl1.
6) It's not compulsary, but I'd reccommend saving at least 110p before you
lvl up, as you'll need some extra money to live on.
That's about all you need for now, I'm sure the other people in Oxford will help you out if you need it. _________________ Every Silver Lining Has A Cloud
